What’s a coach?

I love coaching, in fact I love coaching so much that I did it non-stop for 24 hours once to raise money for a charity! It really wasn’t a chore and actually passed quicker than I’d thought it would.

The importance of a good coach goes far beyond just a mere riding lesson and I like to think that coaching has come a long way from the days of old where someone stood in the middle of an arena and just yelled general instructions at you without making you feel as if you had any autonomy in your own decision making process! These days you can have coaches for everything from sports to life coaches and each has their place.

A great coach will help you with all of the below and can help serve you better in all areas of your life.

As an accredited NLP practitioner, I’m well aware of the power of the brain and how it can help give you more choices in life. The key is recognizing you have these options. I’ll utilize NLP techniques within my ridden sessions and also off the horse when a rider needs help to resolve certain issues.

If you feel that this is something you could potentially benefit in exploring then please contact me for more information.
