Each year we run a Pony Club camp in the summer during the school holidays. This is a residential camp where our junior riders can stay for two days and enjoy a series of fun activities with other like-minded people.

As well as learning to care for the ponies, they will be able to take part in various riding activities from mounted games, jumping, dressage, even football on horseback! In addition, they get to work towards various badges and certificates and enjoy the social camaraderie in the evenings where they can let their hair down with a game of rounders; show jumping on foot and a disco.

The price includes all their lessons, food, badges and certificates. Riders are not obliged to be members of the Pony Club to take part in Camp although Barguse certificates will be issued instead of Achievement badges in this instance.

For dates of our next camp and prices please contact the office.

Evenings are taken up with rounders, show jumping on foot, star gazing, a disco and general mayhem. With all meals included plus late night hot chocolate and cookies, this camp is not to be missed. It’s a chance for junior riders to kick back and enjoy the freedom of camp life without their parents.

Our final day gives relatives & friends the opportunity to see just how well our riders have done during camp with our presentation ceremony.
