Having shared the day with my fellow coaches at the Flying Changes Mindset CPD, I finally received my certificates. These courses demanded hours of study, as expected for the first globally externally accredited equestrian mindset qualification.
The benefits have been remarkable both personally and professionally. With the welfare of horse and rider at the forefront, the skills I’ve gained are applicable in countless situations—be it running a business, managing people, or any form of coaching.
Understanding human behavior, motivating others, handling conflict, and supporting them to realize their potential and move forward is truly transformational. Some might be skeptical, but I’ve witnessed the impact firsthand which is why I’m now enrolled on the Advanced level course! Bring it on!
